Criminal Prosecution
Government prosecution services for the State, municipalities, and counties, drawn from more than a decade as a state and federal prosecutor. Experience trying high-profile, complex cases across Montana — including homicides, sexual assaults, and crimes against children — as a special prosecutor for the Montana Department of Justice and a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney.
