You may opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our website, on our intake or engagement forms, or by requesting text communication from us directly. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of hiring the firm.

Message frequency varies depending on your matter and communications with the firm.

Message and data rates may apply. Ole Olson Law does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates may apply.
5. Opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message. You will no longer receive texts from us unless you opt in again.
